Royal E. Caswell is Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Commercial Real Estate. He manages McKinley's 6.2 million square foot commercial real estate portfolio, including office buildings, retail shopping centers and historic redevelopments. Mr. Caswell has a proven track record in commercial leasing, new construction, redevelopment, asset repositioning and investment strategy. He completed his education with a BA in Government from University of Texas and a MPA in Policy Analysis from Indiana University. Mr. Caswell is also a member of the Board of Directors for Non-Profit Enterprises at Work (NEW).

Matthew D. Mason is Vice President, Director of Sales and Acquisitions. Mr. Mason has oversight of McKinley’s commercial leasing for its national portfolio. His daily duties include interacting with McKinley’s national broker network, lease review and negotiation and oversight of commercial marketing efforts. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan–Dearborn where he studied Political Science and History. After graduation from U-M, Mr. Mason attended the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan, where he completed his legal education in two years while earning multiple Dean’s List honors (’98, J.D.). He is a member of the Michigan State Bar and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).

Leonard Cercone, Jr., is McKinley’s Vice President, Director of Commercial Operations, having oversight responsibility for McKinley’s national commercial portfolio. With over 19 years experience in the commercial real estate industry, Mr. Cercone is effective at contract negotiations, business development, building positive client and customer relationships and increasing service satisfaction metrics. He also excels at maximizing profitability of business units through effective team building strategies. Mr. Cercone is a graduate of Youngstown State University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

April Davis is responsible for the oversight of the leasing efforts for McKinley's entire commercial portfolio, including lease negotiations, developing and maintaining relationships with McKinley's national broker network, and oversight of the commercial marketing efforts. Ms. Davis has over 15 years of commercial real estate and oil and gas experience, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Land Management from the University of Houston. She is a Registered Land Professional (RLP), a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and a Habitat for Humanity volunteer.

As asset manager, Mr. Gritter oversees third party client services as well as financial analysis and pro-forma development for McKinley's commercial portfolio. He is responsible for asset management, acquisition due diligence and commercial client services oversight and communication. Mr. Gritter is a graduate of the University of Michigan and has over four years of real estate development and management experience.

Scott Kenney is a Senior Regional Property Manager for McKinley's commercial real estate division. Mr. Kenney has over 20 years of experience in all facets of residential and commercial property management. Mr. Kenney manages all of our Class "A" Office Buildings in Akron, Ohio.

Diane O'Brien-Bolen is Senior Vice-President and General Manager for McKinley. She oversees property management for 1,300,000 square feet of commercial properties, located in Virginia and Florida. Ms. O'Brien-Bolen has over 15 years of extensive experience in redevelopment and marketing of shopping centers in the commercial real estate industry. Ms. O'Brien-Bolen is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Chamber of Commerce, City of Norfolk Crime Line Board Member, Founding Member of Military Highway Alliance, Retail Alliance Steering Committee and volunteers for Children's Hospital of the Kings Daughters and other community organizations.

Jeffrey Holman is a Senior Regional Property Manager for McKinley. He oversees the Michigan region's commercial real estate portfolio comprising 1.8 million square feet of retail shopping centers and office buildings with an asset value of approximately $100 million. Mr. Holman has over 20 years of property management experience and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Eastern Michigan University and a Masters of Business Administration - Finance degree from Baker College. Mr. Holman is a board member of the Chelsea, Michigan Downtown Development Authority.

Frances Todoro-Hargreaves is the Assistant Director of Commercial Operations at McKinley. She works closely with government officials and is working on the redevelopment of several McKinley projects. Ms. Todoro-Hargreaves earned her Bachelor's degree from Rowan University in Geography with a concentration in Urban Development and earned her Master's from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in the same subject. She is also a member of the Chelsea DDA.
